Once you eat fish like that on a regular basis it is hard to eat thawed fish or even fish in a restaurant ever again. We have bass and bream ponds over here, the most tasty fish if you ask me! Also we have what we call here in south Louisiana Sac-a-lait. Ever heard of that? It is just the Louisiana way of saying Black Crappie You are correct there is nothing like eating fresh caught fish.
